These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Functional Feminine website (functionalfeminine.com) and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Provided

Functional Feminine provides functional nutrition consulting services specializing in postnatal depletion recovery. Our services include initial consultations, functional lab testing recommendations, personalized supplement protocols, customized meal planning, and ongoing coaching.

Not Medical Advice

The information and services provided by Functional Feminine are for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of our Services does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Yarden Konki is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), not a licensed physician. Our services complement, but do not replace, the care provided by your physician.

Individual Results May Vary

Results from our programs vary from person to person. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, recovery timelines, or health improvements.

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time. You may terminate your account by contacting us at yarden@functionalfeminine.com.

Payment and Fees

Fees

Fees for consultations, programs, and services are clearly stated on our website. All fees are in U.S. dollars.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for consultations, programs, or services once they have been purchased or delivered. In exceptional circumstances (such as a medical emergency), we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Functional Feminine and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Prohibited Conduct

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Functional Feminine from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles, California.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will cease immediately.
